Lucas Figueroa

Film director, producer and screenwriter. Lucas Figueroa has created a groundbreaking career throughout his three decades of commercial and artistic productions in more than 25 countries. He is known for winning more than 500 international awards and receiving the Guinness World Records award for the "Most Awarded Short Film in the World" Because There Are Things You Never Forget.

His first feature film “VIRALl" is considered the first European branded content featured film with the collaboration of Vodafone, Samsung and Canon, among others. “DISMISSAL", his second feature film, is now available in over 190 countries through Netflix.

"RENACERES", his first documentary feature film, it is the only shooting in 8K allowed during the Spanish lockdown in 2020.

Lucas is the founder of Mr. Monkey, a production house which has worked with NBC Universal, Disney, Paramount, MTV, Nickelodeon, SYF, AMAZON and AMC among others. He is also the creative director of New Frequency, a production company who focuses on documentaries.
